How to Place Orders

MacariusHealth is an offline pharmaceutical distributor and retailer. We do not sell products directly through this website. Orders can be placed through the following channels:

Pricing, availability, and payment terms will be communicated to you directly by our team upon enquiry. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, UPI, and other modes as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices displayed on the website, if any, are indicative and may vary based on quantity, availability, and prevailing market conditions.

Prescription Requirement

Certain pharmaceutical products listed on our website are prescription medicines under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made thereunder. Such products will only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner.

MacariusHealth reserves the right to request and verify prescriptions before processing any order for prescription medicines. Orders placed without a valid prescription for schedule drugs will not be fulfilled.
